I checked the mod again on the server and I don't get any errors or have any problems.
Modified versions of the mod won't be supported!If you decide to change the code by yourself you won't recieve support from here. Also if you don't have a Steam-only Server you won't recieve support here!

What makes you think it is a modified version, his error message is valid for the current version. You are not checking if the Attacker is the Server, hence why cs_get_user_team is throwing an error
