FF2 is paused, and nothing in your logs says why. Check the error logs, not the server logs.

Looks like your sourcemod installation is corrupted since it cannot find stock natives. Try to reinstall sourcemod and maybe metamod to be on the save side.

This type stuff happens when you compile a plugin on a later version of SM than you have running on the server.
