The problem is that the player who is sitting on spect. Sometimes it causes that a player can not move and block a player. I will give you a case;

Sounds like a plugin is moving players to spec incorrectly. Can you explain how the player is getting to spec when this happens?

Btw. That first plugin has a backdoor hence why you have to change the setting to enable blacklisted plugins. (Pm me for info. This is not the place to discuss)
