Hi Sam, we are in a maintenance mode for the GoldSrc engine at this time, only fixing critical vulnerabilities when reported. - Alfred

There are no other updates planned unless they changed their stance recently.

Unless there are a significant number of people willing to pay $50+ for CS1.7 then it won't happen. So, it won't happen.
