So I want open Zombie Escape server on CS:GO for 40 ppl. What should be my VDS' requirements and species for it? Like how GB Ram which CPU would be enought?

None of them. Renting any of those (usually) oversold VPS/VDS/VM things won't run your CS:GO servers (or any other servers) with the quality you expect.
