net_compresspackets 0 map message will be lag,when your server to many players.

net_compresspackets

99% of the time a NIC itself compresses the packets. Setting this to 0 wont save CPU. If it does get a new NIC or dont play with hardware settings and move compression back to the NICs processing unit.

I've set this to 0, this helps make chat a lot less laggier but in return on round start it still lags the server.. (I have also noticed player stacking lags the server... see screenshot below)
