So since they added glove skins, in this update, do these skins now count as weapon skins and could get your server token banned, like it happen's with custom weapon skin/custom knife skin plugins?

"The plugin came first" is irrelevant. It's Valve's game, and they can do what they please with it.

I think valve use this to ban the server automatically, so plugins without this code will not be banned (maybe?)
BTW I'm curious, will players report the server when they can use free valve item?

I don't know why valve keep killing csgo communities, keep restricting mods and keep banning servers.
To be honest, GSLT ban is a pice of shit, tokens are easy and cheap to buy somewhere.
