I cannot work with that data. You can't expect anyone to filter through the heap of errors from other plugins and find the desired codes. Filter the logs and provide data specifically related to the Downtown extension errors.

Or

Download the extension and game data files from here. Use them, and then let me know, if errors still show up. According to my knowledge, only Difficulty change signature is broken.

From the looks of it, you were using SuperVersus plugin before, but I don't see that in your plugin list anymore. You probably have some config files with those CVARs lurking around. I would recommend a clean up on them.

The other thing that I noticed is that you were running L4DToolz as well.

Let me clarify here. sv_maxplayers CVAR is from L4DToolz, and l4d_maxplayers is from Downtown. Both CVARs are used to unlock server slots, but you don't need both. Either use L4DToolz or Downtown player slot build. Using both together will cause you nothing, but trouble.
