[TF2] Arena Solo Mode

Description:
This plugin allows you to fight the other team by yourself through a queue. This is intended for Dodgeball with my Nanobot plugin, but will work on any arena gamemode.
Saw this idea back in the good ole days of Chronic dodgeball, so decided I would make it myself and publish it here.

More detailed description: This plugin slays you at the start of a round, and once your team is all dead, it will respawn you (unless multiple people are in solo mode, which then it'll respawn you through a queue) at the end of the round causing you to solo the rest of the enemy team!

CVARS:

• sm_arenasolomode_version - Plugin version, no touchy!
• sm_arenasolomode_enable [1/0] - (Default: 1) Enable the plugin? 1 = Yes, 0 = No.

Commands:

• sm_solo - (Default Access: Everyone) Add/remove yourself to/from the solo queue.

Installation:

1. Click "Get Plugin" attached at the bottom of this post.
2. Drag and drop the arenasolomode.smx to your addons/sourcemod/plugins/ folder.
3. Restart the server/map.

Finally fixed this shit, took forever for me to notice one little mistake that was causing the major bug when using solo on both teams.

• Fixed a major bug when using solo on both teams.
• Added more checks to prevent everyone on one team from having solomode enabled (even if they switch team).
• Added an alert that plays whenever you get respawned from the solo queue.

I've started working on the queue alert system. It basically counts how many more team-members need to die till you will be respawned. Haven't hashed out all the bugs on it yet, so that'll be coming in the next update.
