Hello, i only pretty much play csgo so i don't really know anything about tf2, i was wondering what are some cool plugins to install? Are items like paint cans, unusual effects on Zeph's store legal? What do players look for on a tf2 server? How, about what are some perks usually provided for donors/vip?

Personally, I would pay to play in a TF2 server that only allowed you to use stock weapons.

That's what I look for in a TF2 server.

and i see there are unusual effects / paint cans are we allowed to give these items to players?
