I can't connect to one of my servers because of this message. I have no idea what to do to address it.

I've fixed the issue with simply using spec_replay_enable 0, have you disabled GOTV altogether, or is it necessary for your server?

I do not have GOTV, and spec_replay_enable is already set to 0 as mentioned in my OP. Also, I am not experiencing this issue on my servers that do have GOTVs.

Upgrading to 1.8:6050 (I was on 6046) seems to have mostly fixed this problem.
