Hi, I suggested a plugin that disables random crits for all weapons except melees that don't have the ''no random crits'' attribute. However, somone on Steam forums suggested me to use TF2items, and give every normal weapon the ''no random crits'' attribute, and than leave all the other weapons alone. I want this to happen to everyone that joines the server.
Basicly, I want the non melee weapons to behave like they would on a nocrit server, but the melee weapons to behave like they would on a crit server. How can I do this? This all is a bit confusing to me >.<

Write a plugin to apply the attribute to items that aren't in slot 2

But I thought this plugin was capable of giving weapon attributes to all items with the text file?

If you specify each one, or *all* items. You can't wildcard by a slot.
