So, I`m from Romania, i have a non steam cstrike 1.6 server with amxmodx 1.8, metamod 1.19, sorry 4 my english !
So, once day i`m playing on the server, when some body is connected to the server, and he say, if he want, he can bann all ! And all players gets banned ! And he say me, the addon, amxmodx, haves a "hole" ! Yes, i really trust him, because, i dont get banned, because i haved immunity, so... ! My server is running on win32, non stop, all time i have 32 players on server !
I dont think matter the OS, because, i have him YAHOO ID, and we entered on other severes, with linux OS ! I met him to play cstrike on a linux serverer, who doesent have amxmodx, just adminmod, and i sayd to him, can u bann all players? and he say me : no, i cant ! So all peoples sorry 4 my english, wtf is going here? Help me pls, Help me !

Since you are using Non-Steam, you will not get any support. But, I will ask this on thing, are you running UAIO?

Get Steam. AMXx does not have any "holes" in it that would grant a user admin without them having the flags needed to use the command. Chances are he is using rcon, he has admin on the server, or another plugin is granting him admin.


This is not an AMXx issue.

Yes, on steam server is working and, i get a simple addon, whitout any 3d plugins , man, give me a server who has amxmodx, and look it, its will be working,

So, you are saying that on a Steam server, he CAN NOT do this, but on a Non-Steam server he CAN? If this is the case, get Steam.


This is not a valid AMXx issue, never was, never will be. There is no security holes in the base AMXx. If you do find a hole, make sure it is not a plugin first by disabling all 3rd party plugins.
