How to change StatsMe's endround.cfg like this? (3 steps)

I want to change 2 things - 2 step and 3 step (1 step shows what i want to do in 2 step).

I just want to see chat messages. Default settings are hiding chat messages.

Been staring at that pic for 20 mins and then it hit me. LOL.
