Ok, you should be able to translate now. Here's a sample I translated for testing. The damage dealt / received can be customized (below I show headshots/hits - damage for example). You can even redefine the console command to something like !ks instead of !killstats if you like through translations console variables (and the info message to players will localize properly).

Will try to work on the playing well with other mods next along with persisting settings.

Be sure to put "killstats.phrases.txt" in the "..\sourcemod\translations" directory.

Almost forgot, added cvar "sm_killstats_enabled_by_default".

Setting to 0 should make it so that any player connecting will not see the killstats by default when dying or on round end unless they enable killstats.

Setting to 1 should make it so that any player connecting will see the stats unless they disable killstats.

And if a player elects to enable killstats with the !killstatsoptions menu... does this setting stay with the player yet?
