I assume that your files have been changed and you are unable to enter any server . They are such evil plugin like amx_fuckoff which changes the client file in such a way that they can not play on other server .

Try to raplce the config.cfg file (counter strike foldef > cstrike >config.cfg ) with one of your friends config file which is working fine .

Main this types of slowhacking plugin bind your keys to some different values . Try this , it may help you .
