The full error:

FATAL ERROR (shutting down): User Msg 'CurWeapon': 0 bytes written, expected 3

I guess it comes from a plugin which contain the CurWeapon event?
Can somebody tell me what is this error?
I don't think amxx plugins, meta list etc will help that's why I don't give them lol.

P.S.
Mostly it happens when I do "sv_restart 1" in server console.

The plugin sent CurWeapon without parameters. You have to check first which plugin cause this.
