Search bullet damage. It doesn't do exactly what the image shows, but it is close enough

The damege should be shown arround the crosshair.

mess with these:

new const Float:g_flCoords[][] = 
{
    {0.50, 0.40},
    {0.56, 0.44},
    {0.60, 0.50},
    {0.56, 0.56},
    {0.50, 0.60},
    {0.44, 0.56},
    {0.40, 0.50},
    {0.44, 0.44}
}

You can change these to go around your crosshair.
