I could give this a try, but just curious does this mean I can spawn/place additional items around a level which can be saved into a specific map so next time it's loaded, those items will remain or randomly appear depending on settings ?

And does this include mounted guns ? Or not yet.

The first thing you describe is Stripper, not srsmod.

You could add mounted guns to the config i guess.

Only running this mod I have
srs_scoring_enabled "0" in my sourcemod.cfg
and it still does the scoring?

I'm experiencing 2 very odd bugs and am pretty sure they are caused by SRS mod, since the only other mods I have installed are the T2 weapon limiter and some other admin mods.

The first one happens near tank spawns. The player will automatically switch to his primary weapon, any action or movement will be interrupted and the view is centered. This only happens to one player in the team, rendering him effectively useless. This is especially annoying on maps like parish 2, where one player will expereince this bug for the duration of the crescendo, up until the tank spawn at the very end of said crescendo.

The other one is just too weird to describe, but it seems ot happen around tank spawns mostly. You can see it in a video here. As you can see, a message occurs in chat saying that the affected player has joined the survivors, this is a result of the first bug I described. It seems as if players rejoin their team without actually leaving, hence the action/movement interrupting and view centering. The plugin creating these messages is not the cause of it however.


Like I said, I am pretty sure these mods don't occur in an unmodded game, is it possible at all that SRSmod is causing this? and if not, any idea what else could be causing it?

This is a bug with the game itself that Valve doesn't care enough to be bothered with for almost 2 years.

Wow, really? I don't remember seeing it in vanilla play so I thought it was caused by mods.

The first "bug" is the function checking if the tank can reach the survivors. To do that srs needs a bot. To get a bot (if there is none) a human player is switched to spec momentarily.

If there was another way to do this, i'd do it (probably ... maybe).
