if player write in console models xxx any model he have in models can changed to any switch to that model

give me the anti of this thing

Please don't give advices as long as you are still a beginner, you just confuse peoples and suggest bad ways. The most resonable way(since you can't block model command) would be to hook SetClientKeyValue(fakemeta), check if the key is model and apply back the model. This way, even if he change the model manually, it would become useless, you will apply the right model immediately. You can see an example of this hook in Entities Resources Replacement/PlayerModels or in MeRcyLeZZ tutorial about SVC_BAD.
