Hi, i need some help.

I need to edit a gamemenu.res on the client of CS 1.6, with precache i cant do it because i cant edit/overwrite a file. I need to erase the info in that file and put the info that i want...

Where is located that file and why do you need to edit it ?

valve/cstrike/resources/gamemenu.res

I need to edit it to add a new menu item...
