Hello everyone, I just have a question .. Is the files with the (.SMA) Extension
contains the same Code the files with the (.AMXX) Extension ??

If you're asking whether .amxx files downloaded from the internet are the same as the .sma file - no. The compile output depends on the compiler used to compile the .sma. plus, people can easily pur backdoors in their .sma file, compile it and upload a different .sma.

It's better if you explain why are you asking this.

Well, i just have a server but i want to edit the admin model plugin .. the admin model will only work on the owner and i dont want that i want the admin model works on the lower admin levels too
how i can do that ?

i saw in the (AdminModel.SMA) that the plugin will only work on the (ADMIN_LEVEL_A) so i wanted to know if i can copy the code and put it in the AMXMODX compiler and edit to (ADMIN_LEVEL_E) then compile it to (.AMXX) and replace it with the old ... that's it

Nobody can guarantee that the .sma file was updated after uploading the compiled plugin. Change it and recompile, what could go wrong?
