Yes, you should have the capability to have different values set for linux and windows. CSS Beta is an example of where not all of the windows virtual offsets match their linux counterpart. It's a bit of trial and error to figure out which way to go. Thankfully you will have ESP errors to guide you based on parameters sent.

I know the KeyValues functions were in different order on Windows and Linux in CSS (before the orangebox update anyway). Took me forever to figure out why things were crashing before I realized that.
