It's most likely because I'm just referencing the stickers in the sprays... I just wanted to not make my clients download a bunch of files so I try and keep stuff off the download table when I can.

You can use this tool to easily make some sprays though.
http://sprays.skynetgaming.net/convert/

It's just a web wrapper around VTFCmd, basically just upload a jpg or png and it'll turn it into a spray for you. Then just download the zip file. (png transparency is supported) also it'll resize it to 512x512 to the best of it's ability if it's too small or too big.

Use the default items.txt for example.
