Hello Guys, Im making this topic because I tried all my possible solutions and I can't figure out how to make it!
I use SourceBans to manage my server, but I get this error:
sbpp_checker.smx (SourceBans++: Bans Checker): Failed to connect to SourceBans DB, [2059]: Authentication plugin 'sha256_password' cannot be loaded: /usr/local/mysql/lib/plugin/sha256_password.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
PHP Version: 7.3
Sourcebans 1.6.3 Version.
And my bans don't save, I think it might be because of this database fail connection

For anyone wondering...
The problem was solved via Discord.
His database (mysql) host is not within the same network as the game server so replacing localhost/127.0.0.1 with the public/external IP of the database server was necessary.
Unfortunately his web host doesn't allow external connections by default so the game server IP had to be whitelisted via ticket support.
