But not enough. Because, I have to record more than one player at the same time.

So, same time -> more than one player == Records.

Please dont say, GOTV. I don't want GOTV.

And I have to watch records on BOT.

Is this possible? If yes, how?

For every player you want to record, capture their position and angles every tick into an arraylist.
Then to replay create vector from position to the position in the next tick.

Look at source for literally any bhop/surf/kz timer that has replays for example.
