Sourcemod 1.5 or higher

Decription:
Allow humans to buy jetpack

How to use:
A human must hold down both duck and jump buttons

zp_jetpack_version - The pluginss version
zp_jetpack_enabled - Enables/Disables the plugin
zp_jetpack_admins_only - Allow only admins to use this feature
zp_jetpack_admins_unlimited - Allow admins to have unlimited jetpack
zp_jetpack_admins_flag - The admin flag who can use this feature
zp_jetpack_boost - Jetpack boost (min. value 100)
zp_jetpack_max - How long a player can use the jetpack in seconds (0 = unlimited)
zp_jetpack_reloadtime - How long to reload jetpack in seconds (min. value 1) 


Installation:
Put zp_jetpack.sp to the addons/sourcemod/scripting folder
Put zp_jetpack.smx to the addons/sourcemod/plugins folder
Put zp_jetpack.phrases.txt to the addons/sourcemod/translations folder
The config file be auto-generated here - cfg/sourcemod/jetpack.cfg

But how do you want to use it in surf/mg servers?? By typing /jetpack , !jetpack and take a jetpack ??

Is it possible to make this plugin, but with fuel? Also, you fly when you press a specific bind button. Kinda like this plugin, but unfortunately, this one does not work: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=488779

The jetpack should be able to fly for about 10 seconds. After this, it should refuel. This should take about 5 seconds. The way you use it, is through a binded keyboard or mouse button.

Is this possible? Thanks a bunch!
