Is there any way to set the dead bodies and blood decals stay until the end of the round instead of disapearing after a few seconds? I know that about the dead bodies the client can set cl_corpsestay to any high number, but I wish to make it server side.

client side =/= network side. I don't think that's possible.

For corpes, search for a plugin that replaces default corpses with entities, i think it has already be done but that it is not on the release section.
For decals, no idea.
