I need plugin auto restart round, when x players join the server, x controled by cvar.
usefull plugin for deathrun with respawn To fix bug No terro !

I have deathrun run server, running teamjoint CT and respawn.
Sometimes No terro only CTs "10~14 CT" and no terro only The DR fake player :/

need auto rs when 3 players connect ( fake player + 2 real player )
when rs DR will run normaly
