I am just using the defaults that come with it, I am using a vote menu within my admin menu that has some basic votes in it.

Since you are using mapchooser and gungame runs an sm_mapvote command when that portion is used, try disabling any mapvoting from the default customvotes and see if when you reload everything if it happens again.

Has any one had problems with this plugin vote banning people constantly once every several minutes with 1 vote.

This is one example from the logs

It began half way into the map after apparently a few players used sm_votemenu (I saw that in the logs). It continued to auto ban about 30 different players for about an hour. It was fixed only when the plugin was reloaded. I did not add any custom votes to the config files so everything is default. Are there any known exploits?
