Yep, move or copy it to the corresponding folder in your dedicated server.

Ok, now i'm having problems with scroll. I've searched and changed my code many times. The motd does scroll when i click a link to get into a website, but not on the main page, with the picture. Here is my motd:
Code:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/loose.dtd">
<html>
<head>
<title>Cstrike MOTD</title>
<style type="text/css">
pre 	{
		font-family:Verdana,Tahoma;
		color:#FF0000;
    	}
body	{
		background:#000000;
		margin-left:8px;
		margin-top:0px;
		}
a	{
    	text-decoration:    underline;
	}
a:link  {
    color:  #FFFFFF;
    }
a:visited   {
    color:  #FFFFFF;
    }
a:active    {
    color:  #FFFFFF;
    }
a:hover {
    color:  #FFFFFF;
    text-decoration:    underline;
    }
</style>
</head>

It's pretty big, but it shouldn't be a problem for most resolutions. I'm not good at HTML, but I think you can remove the / after alt="Image Hosted by **************" and before the >. Probably it won't solve your scrolling problem, though. Also, remove the <img> and </img> tags, they are useless.
