I have try AddCommandListener(Command_SprayMenu, "+spray_menu") and many other way, still not work.

AddTempEntHook("Sprite Spray", TE_OnEntityDecal) failed too.

You cant hook this, its cliendsided. And I don't think it's possible to block it
