That's not a valid IP for anybody but yourself. 192.168.x.x doesn't ever get routed over the internet. I highly suggest you read up on stuff about NAT and port forwarding.

Also because this is behind such a router, this is more than likely your home PC, thus you probably have a dynamic IP, meaning the IP it's available on WILL change eventually. It's not a matter of if, but when.

The item is not showing up!

there should be a golden wrench, that increases speed. there should also be a "big country".

they both have a partacle effect on them

It was working before with the hat, but when i tried to add the golden wrench now both of them dont work.

Do you actually HAVE a golden wrench in your backpack? This doesn't GIVE you weapons. It simply modifies weapons that you can equip.

But i DO have Big country. I equip it, and it doesnt show up.

It should show up as a level 100 valve community item :K

I wouldn't modify the quality or level of a hat. I'm not sure that works. Also try being in 3rd person or asking OTHERS if the effect works as you don't always get to see your own effect

I changed it to genuine and it worked, people could see it. I dont care much about the particles, i just want the quality to be valve community.

this will only edit weapons that you already have

Is there any way to "disable" tf2items on some maps. The problem here being one of the servers runs multiple gametypes including vanilla tf2 where don't want admin/some players to have modified weapons as unbalances things to much.

I don't know if putting "sm plugins unload <plugin name>.smx" into the map config file would work, but give it a go.
