Play CS 1.6 maps in CS 1.6 and HL1 maps in HL1, that's the best solution.

Are you sure these crashes aren't plugin-related? It doesn't make much sense for the server to crash when using the chat on a specific map.

Yes. I try will plugins disabled, crash always when chat is used.
EDIT: Problem was is advanced weapon tracers plugin
