[REQ] looking for a TF2 donator plugin

I know there is a plugin out there for donators that gives a reserved slot, auto balance immunity, a donator party hat and round end immunity but I can't find it anywhere. I have seen and tried the TF2 donators v1.1 which does not work correctly. Anybody have any ideas where I might find the plugin I'm looking for?
