I need a plugin with free weapons menu

I need a plugin for my server which consists of after 3 rounds of the game appear a menu of weapons with M4A1 + Deagle + 2Flashes + 1HE / AK-47 + Deagle + 2Flashes + HE and each player chooses the weapons they want without to spend money.

I've been browsing the internet and I can not find any plugins that I need, please, if anyone knows send me!

M4A1 + Deagle + 2Flashes + 1HE / AK-47 + Deagle + 2Flashes + HE will appear for CT and T? Or M4 for CT and AK-47 for T?

to be better, just add the vip menu, that gives you exactly what you expect and add free vip 24/7, eazily, make the default flag to "t" admin_level_h
