By introducing that method in this thread (nobody wrote anything about it before you), you implied that it was a correct method.
Your post from far is more "there is this method avalaible" than "if you use that method, start index at 1".

So, i had to state than get_players method should always be prefered.

Sorry, I should have written it like that "if you use that method, start index at 1"... So we should describe it as bad method and always use get_players instead of it, ok.
