This is used only for HLTV, I do not know if it works for amxx, a module should be private.

Its the WCG championship in CS 1.6.. Can that be made for like a private plugin for me?
I only need the teammates bars to be showed on the left side.. nothing else.

It sounds like more a modification of client files. You can't do that with a module/plugin server-side.

It's not possible in Steam CS without using a 3rd-party program on the client's computer like how an anti-cheat program would work.
Also, this is no longer a plugin request as this is not possible to do with AMXX.
