Unable to start TF2 server

I recently purchased a TF2 server but it won't start. The only plugins i've installed are the freak fortress 2 ones.
This is what i get in the web console:

From the FTP it seems that the server is running a linux version of SRCDS. I am on windows though, so I have no idea how to fix it.

Could this be an issue on my host's end?
