[CS:GO] Change Motd for each client

Hello,
I need a simple function that changes the link on the scoreboard (when clicking on "Server Website") for a specific client.
I dont want to install WebLyncs, WebLinks, Webshortcuts etc..
I have SteamWorks on the server which might be required.

I tested it and it doesnt work. I guess its because your plugin and Dynamic MOTD are using the
ShowVGUIPanel / ShowMOTDPanel function and they are not working because valve removed the motd panel.

Is there any other method to change this link ingame?
