I have no error logs it just says sound file not precached but the gamemode is stuck at the WELCOME TO TF2WARE screen even after rebooting server

Go in my server 5.9.25.6:27047 and see if you can figure it out, idk how to attach images and such on here or what I need to actually show you besides that it just dont work right ;w;
