I'm having difficulty figuring out why I can't hear the ultimate sounds, but everyone else can. Can anyone please help me figure this out?

On my test server, I also made minor modifications to the plugin to replace "holyshit" with "unstoppable" for both sound and text. I tested it on my sons PC and he can hear all ultimate sounds but I can't.

More facts:
1. I had the no ultimate sound problem even before I made the minor mod, so I know it's not caused by my changes.
2. I also set the streak_mode to "ab".
3. I don't think I'm seeing the "text" either.
4. I know the sound files are in my sound/misc directory as well.
5. My mods with "unstoppable" work as I tested it on my son's pc.

make sure that the sounds are in ../cstrike/sound directory as you said above and not sounds, i don't know what else could be the problem
