I would recommend using linuxgsm it allows you to manage multiple servers quite easy and auto updates for server + auto updates for sm/meta and monitoring for uptimes (if server down you just get it up)
But you would need to setup cronjobs for that.

I have one more question the command sv_hibernate_when_empty, if i change it on the go, i mean between the game, will it work?
Tested by turning on hibernation when the server is in warm up and turning it off while the game goes live.

All the servers are auto updating and working fine.
