A pre-cached sound file must be coming from another event... all this plugin does is send files to users, it is not pre-caching a file. Obviously some maps take more resources than others, the amount of plugins you have running that may be pre-caching things all take up resources. The error you have posted doesn't seem related to this plugin, whichever plugin is using the sound file is causing it.

ummm i follow all of the directions and the plugin is running but the sound file wont download. Any suggestions?

Is the .wav read from the czero/sounds/misc or from the dederver/czero/sounds/misc?

And the .txt goes into the dederver/czero/addons/amxmodx/custom folder right?

When i connect to the Server, STeam hangs von verifying Resourcces and gives me this error:

My MASTER_SOUND_DL_LIST.txt contains these:

well, i got it installed and all sounds work, its even in my amx sound . ini. and everything mostly works!! ONE PROBLEM...OTHER PPL CANT HEAR IT! i have the file in my addons/amxmodx/ called MASTER_SOUND_DL_LIST and it has the list of the sounds...and its all correct, BUT WHY CANT PPL DOWNLOAD IT OFF ME??? PLZ HELP!!!

I updated the file to work with 1.0 for you. Just make sure that you have your master_sound_dl_list.cfg in the right place. Example:

addons/amxmodx/configs/

hey , i downloaded the new one ...and i have master_sound_dl_list_txt!!! NOT CFG !! i dun no how 2 make cfg files ..i no it means config but dont no how 2 make it,,and would this make my cilent download the sound! and should i rename the new file called cache.sma to sound_download_management.smz >?????
