Did somebody compiled Metamod 1.18p24 on freeBSD (4.11)?
I have problems, many errors, I think I should wait fornormal metamod 1.18 from .org..

Metamod-P never crashed on my linux. I think, that everything depends on system, that HLDs is runing.

That would require people to do a lot of changing(with the compiler/ scripters have to reupload all their plugins.) so i would say NO

Are you crazy to ONLY allow downloads of that BETA-version?
Change yopur crap, make in running and ADD it to the download-section, but do not replace the downloads with a beta-version!
I never saw such a thing - very nice to force people to use that beta!

As far as I am concerned, "BETA" is just a term, and in this case - AMX MOD X 1.5 runs soo smooth on my windows machine that its not even a "BETA" release. Just needs a few touch up bug fixes that were found and its fine.

You should be greatful they even decided to improve AMX MOD X instead of telling them what in the hell to do.

Some people may be able, and actually think to, look on the SourceForge site but not the majority of people that are going to visit this site.

Ideally, both versions would be posted on this site. The 1.5 version should be labelled as "beta". The user should be given the choice of which to download.
