I need to change the language what is show in the plugin :i think is this one,

Go ahead and change the language. As long as you only change the displayed text and don't remove any formatting identifiers (%s, %d, etc.) you should be fine.

The errors it that:

What did you exactly do? When you get an "invalid declaration" on line 1, it means the problem is in the file itself, not the code. Either change the endonding of the file or copy/paste the code in another .sma file that you compiles fine.

You need to change the encoding of the file to "UTF-8 without BOM". This can be done easily in Notepad++ using the menus.

the file has a small error at compile but it s work:

What error? I don't see any error. It clearly says "warning". Warnings have no effect on the plugin's work and the plugin is compiled successfully.
It simply tells you that the function name exceeds 32 characters and is shortened down a bit. This won't affect anything in your case.
If you don't want to see it, simply use a shorter name, both in the register and callback line (ctrl+f and replace).
