what plugin for round end effects?

My search failed to bring anything up so if I missed it, I'm really sorry. Does anyone know which plugin gives those with access those silly game end effects, such as fireworks, confetti, balloons?

No sounds are associated with the effects. The server I have seen them had an interface that donors could access to choose optional round end effects. Basically, the player model would be surrounded with the effect you chose. I usually chose balloons/confetti. No biggie. I'll email the admin and try to get the name if no one knows

ah yea I saw my model with different trails or surrounded by colored stars lol
but dunno what plugin the admin used and since then server changed.
