Imagine if a client pressed cancel while downloading from your "sv_downloadurl", then he will download from the server, even if the sv_allowdownload is 0, but, it will give him a warning message (Cannot continue without model ....) and disconnect him from the server .....
He won't be able to join, until he restarts his game ..
