How do i give a bot a hat, and give it a special unusual.
This is of course TF2 and does not belong in any other place as it's a unusual effect replacement not a sourcemod request.

The plugins I posted in that post crashed the game, these that are in the attachment didn't crash the game prior to the Sream Fortress 2019 as I haven't tested them.
