I don't think it's possible since it's a game-engine-side feature (if you mean download custom content!). L4D must support this and I don't think it does. The plugin only changes the game props to get the characters working.

If you think better, there's no point in set infected skins for survivors (right?) or even for infected (versus) because for versus, it's the type of the infected that matters and survivors have the same general behavior (models).

Seperate survivor skins would only work if they were seperate models, and not exactly what they are: skins

Make a new model with the skin (hexxing it?), add the model to the download table so everyone gets it, and then you could set them to it.

And infected survivors won't work because the animations don't exist for firing weapons, using things, etc.

I like this plugin but the character panel doesn't show at the start of the 2nd round. Is it possible to change that?

OK, i tested it. It works fine with 1.3 sourcemod. And ye it works with more than 8 ppl (actually 10vs10 =).

Hm, i didnt notice before but it really doesnt appear in 2nd round. I looked in code. You use OnClientPutInServer function. That means that once client connected and he plays as infected menu wont show up (because client on infected side), but when 2nd round starts - menu wont appear either because that client already went through PutInServer function. I can be mistaken ofc. How about using round start l4d event instead OnClientPutInServer function? OR add a filter to OnClientPutInServer function so it will check if that client joined survivors.

if i become BILL, i can't see my hands, i can't use vocalize
no pic for my char

but the others were alright
